Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at vesselandtable@gmail.com. All returns must be approved before being sent back. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate shipping address.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
